David Oresman is the Tax Manager at Claremont Co. and advises the company in tax compliance, tax planning and strategies and family tax matters. Prior to joining Claremont in August 2022, David worked in public accounting for several years advising middle market privately-held business entities and their owners on complex federal, state and local tax issues. With expertise in pass-through entities, such as partnerships, S Corporations, and LLCs, David brings knowledge in real estate acquisitions and tax consequences of transactions. David has also assisted the company through various 1031 transactions and opportunity zone funding.

David is a graduate of The Martin J. Whitman School of Business at Syracuse University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in finance and professional accounting. David is a member of the Mass Society of CPAs and an active candidate for his CPA license.
