Kathleen (Kate) Franco joined Claremont in June 2020 and is responsible for the operational oversight of Claremont’s residential portfolio. For more than 40 years, Kate has been involved with all aspects of property management for a multitude of rental housing programs as well as condominiums, office buildings and commercial buildings in diverse marketplaces throughout New England, New York, and the West Coast. Prior to joining Claremont, Kate was the CEO of Trinity Management, LLC, a Company that Kate built from the ground up and was responsible for creating every aspect of the business. Kate built Trinity Management into an award-winning management company comprised of over 8,000 residential units in four states, over 500,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, and over 275 employees. Prior to creating Trinity Management, Kate was a Partner at MB Management Company responsible for providing supervision and direction in the effective management of MB Management’s real estate management portfolio, creating new business opportunities and continued employee development. Kate has served as President of the Institute of Real Estate Management Chapter 4, New Hampshire’s Granite State Managers Association, the New England Affordable Housing Management Association, and the Massachusetts Apartment Association. Kate is currently the Clerk/Assistant Treasurer of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and is a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. Kate is a graduate of Cambridge College with a Master in Management and a certification in Organizational Development. She has received many distinguished designations in the housing industry including Certified Property Manager and National Affordable Housing Executive.
