Michael Phillips joined Claremont in 1994 and oversees all national construction initiatives including new construction, renovations, tenant improvement work, and historic rehabilitation/development. With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael's vision has earned Claremont numerous awards including Apartment of the Year by Architectural Record.
