Claremont's in-house development team manages all pre-development and entitlement efforts while also overseeing daily construction operations from groundbreaking to project completion. With a meticulous approach, the team works closely with third-party general contractors and subcontractors, remaining actively involved in major decision-making to keep projects within budget and on schedule. This ensures that all stakeholders stay aligned and committed to a shared goal – delivering the best possible outcome, tailored to the needs of the target demographic.

Five Millennium Drive

Grafton, a quintessential New England town just outside Worcester, is the perfect setting for our latest development, Five Millennium Drive. Designed for the active, older millennial, this community offers a seamless blend of convenience, comfort, and modern amenities, all tailored to their dynamic lifestyle. Surrounded by acres of green space and enhanced with numerous sustainability features, Five Millennium Drive fosters a strong sense of community while promoting a healthy, balanced way of living. Anticipated opening: 2027.

Delano

Located in South Dartmouth, Massachusetts, the 55+ independent living community will offer residents a one-of-a-kind experience for active adults, complementing its sister property, Amelia, located just steps away. The 89-unit development will feature various amenities and high end finishes as well as indoor parking for residents. Direct frontage on Dartmouth Street allows for convenient access to Interstate 195 and Route 140. The project is anticipated to deliver in the fall of 2026.

The Bennett

Conveniently nestled at the interchange of Interstates 495 and 77 in Charlotte, North Carolina, The Bennett will offer a design unlike any other neighboring community. The design aims to weave together Charlotte’s industrial past and natural environment, creating a clubhouse that honors its history while promoting community connection. The 336-unit development will offer convenient proximity to a wide range of retail and restaurants, while being immediately surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The development is anticipated to be completed in early 2027.

The Bennett Northlake
Henri

Downtown Phoenix will be home to the Henri, a luxurious midrise apartment community slated to deliver in Spring of 2026. The 313-unit apartment community will be located directly on West Van Buren Street, providing convenient access to numerous retail and restaurants, as well as major employment hubs and leisure activities. The unique design of the building and high end finishes will stand out amongst other nearby communities, attracting residents of all ages and backgrounds.

THE CLAREMONT CAMPUS – BRIDGEWATER, MA: The vacant parcel (left) was purchased by Claremont in 1998 and is now home to Lakeshore Center, which comprises of two Class A office buildings, Viva Lakeshore Apartments, Axis at Lakeshore Apartments, and a Marriott Residence Inn.
