Patrick Carney defines and directs the company’s vision and strategic initiatives. He is responsible for establishing the overall investment strategy of the company and its major transactions. Having started the company in 1968, Mr. Carney has over 50 years of real estate investment and development experience.

Patrick Jr. joined Claremont in 2007 after working 11 years on trading desks at both Fidelity Investments and Tudor Investments. He now spends his time pursuing new property and development opportunities as well as overseeing Claremont’s current holdings. Patrick received his BA from Boston College in 1995.

Ned joined Claremont in 2010 as a project manager overseeing all major capital projects within Claremont’s portfolio. Today, Ned works with Claremont’s acquisition and development teams and also coordinates and manages large capital projects at existing properties. Prior to joining Claremont, Ned worked in client relations at State Street Global Advisors. Ned graduated with a BA in Communications from Boston College in 2005.

With over ten years of experience as a Fixed Income Trader, Colleen originally joined The Carney Family Office as Vice President of Non-Real Estate Investments. Colleen began trading Investment Grade Credit, Corporate High Yield, Emerging Markets and Convertible Debt in Boston, Chicago and New York City starting with Bank of America and finishing her career with State Street Global Advisors.

Interested in the entire Family Office scope, Colleen currently serves as President of The Carney Family Office focused on family tax efficiencies, risk management and estate planning strategies, in addition to non-real estate investments. Graduating from Boston College with a BA, Colleen received her MBA from the University of Denver and a Master Personal Financial Planner Certificate from Bentley College.

Bill oversees development and land acquisitions activities for the Claremont Companies’ ongoing New England and East Coast market expansion. Bill brings over twenty years of multifamily and mixed-use real estate development experience to the Company. Bill has executed numerous developments across multiple product types from acquisitions and design through construction, marketing and lease up.

Prior to joining Claremont, he oversaw the acquisitions and development for Toll Brothers Apartment Living’s New England Region. Bill was responsible for growing Toll’s apartment pipeline in the region from 249 units to over 2700 units, totaling approximately 1.6 billion in development during his seven years there. Projects included a 434-unit high rise in downtown Boston, MA, 525 units in West Cambridge, MA, and 390 units in Needham, MA. Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2014, he worked at The Hanover Company and New England Construction.

Bill holds a BA from Lafayette College in Easton, PA.

Kerry joined Claremont in January 2025 and is responsible for the overall direction of financings, accounting, financial performance reporting, and tax and budget activities. Kerry brings nearly twenty years of experience in real estate investment, financing, and strategic transactions. Prior to joining Claremont, Kerry was a Senior Vice President at Beacon Capital Partners where he focused on structuring, negotiating, and overseeing a diverse portfolio of loans. Prior to Beacon, Kerry was Director of Finance & Capital Markets at Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP), where he focused on large acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. Earlier in his career, Kerry developed his skills in investment sales at Cushman & Wakefield in Washington, DC, executing asset and portfolio dispositions on behalf of institutional clients across various asset classes.

Kerry holds a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the College of Charleston.

William Robinson joined Claremont in August, 2018 and is responsible for the operational oversight and asset management of Claremont’s hotel portfolio. Prior to joining Claremont, Bill worked as a third-party asset manager through his company Robinson Asset Management Group, providing asset management and operational advisory services primarily to one client, Rockwood Capital. In addition to this engagement, Bill provided a wide-ranging variety of short-term consulting and asset management services to other investment organizations, including the LCP Group, Allbridge Investments, The Beal Companies, Brentwood Hotels, The Donohoe Companies, and Urbana Realty Advisors.

Prior to forming the Robinson Asset Management Group in mid-2007, Bill was an asset manager with an affiliate company of Olympus Real Estate Partners, a position he held from mid-2002 to 2007. From 2001 to 2002, Bill was an equity research analyst with Lehman Brothers, where he focused primarily on providing coverage of publicly traded companies in the hospitality sector. From 1995 to 2001, Bill was a member of Marriott International’s Development Planning and Feasibility department, where he participated in the underwriting of well over 100 development, acquisition, and conversion projects throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Bill received a BA in Economics from Hobart College and a MPS in Hotel Management from Cornell University. He is a member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association and achieved the Certified Hotel Asset Manager designation in 2013

Jim Letton is responsible for the overall performance of the multi-family properties in Claremont’s portfolio. Jim works directly with the managers of the communities to ensure that each property is performing as planned. He is accountable for the day-to-day operations of each site, including occupancy, collections, expenses, and resident related issues. Jim is also responsible for finding new and innovative ways to increase the value of each site by increasing revenue and decreasing expenses.

Erin O’Donnell is responsible for the management of Claremont’s residential portfolio. Her role encompasses revenue management, marketing, business solutions and learning and development. With a core focus on operational performance, her role guides strategy, customer experience, expense control, rent growth and technology platforms.

Erin brings over twenty years of multifamily and mixed-use property management experience to Claremont. Throughout her career, Erin has worked with owner-managers, third party managers and REIT environments. Her background includes oversight of diverse portfolios in all phases from development and lease up through stabilized management. Erin has extensive experience in the luxury market with additional background in conventional stabilized assets and value-add rehab properties. Her portfolios have also included affordable, 40b and inclusionary housing. Erin has worked in Greater Boston for most of her career with additional experience across markets including Las Vegas, NV, Los Angeles, CA, Washington DC and Charlotte, NC.

Erin received a BA in Management, Finance & Economics with High Honors from Curry College. She also holds a Certified Apartment Manager designation through the National Apartment Association.

Jamie joined Claremont Companies in 2024 as a Regional Manager of Sales and Marketing. With over 8 years of experience in the Residential Property Management industry, Jamie brings a wealth of expertise to her new position. Her career has been marked by a proven proficiency in diverse aspects of property management, encompassing development, lease-ups, renovations, acquisitions, dispositions, and the management of stabilized assets.

In her current role, Jamie assumes the responsibility of providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive revenue, occupancy, and elevate the resident experience. She will focus on creating and implementing training and follow-up programs for all on-site team members.  Additionally, Jamie’s role encompasses a strategic focus on social media management, brand awareness initiatives, online reputation management, and optimizing advertising platforms.

Regina DelBonis is an accomplished Sales and Marketing Executive with extensive experience in revenue management in multiple markets, as well as in branded and independent full service, focus service and extended stay hotels. As Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales and Revenue Strategy, Regina oversees Claremont Hotel’s Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Revenue and Digital Strategies. Prior to joining Claremont Hotels, Regina served as the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing at TPG Hotels and Resorts and Vice President of Sales for Interstate Hotels and Resorts where she was responsible for all Sales, Marketing and Revenue for a portfolio of hotels as well as other priority projects. Regina provides knowledge of successful hotel openings, brand transitions and the ability to drive market share.

Dan joined Claremont in 2022 after holding various Human Resources leadership positions with International Paper Company, Honeywell Corporation and Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. He is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for Claremont including employee relations and engagement, talent acquisition, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, payroll, and organizational development.

Dan received his BA in History from Amherst College and his MBA from Northeastern University. He is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional by both the Society for Human Resources Management and the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Lynne joined Claremont in 2000 as Assistant Controller overseeing the residential accounting portfolio and also having the responsibility of 7 properties. Lynne came to Claremont with over 15 years of accounting experience in the shrinking manufacturing environment. In 2003, she was promoted to Controller and over site of payroll, family accounting and IT were added to her duties. Lynne currently has the responsibility of the accounting for the real estate portfolio, software (Yardi and M3) and IT.

Lynne has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bryant College, now Bryant University.

Michael Phillips joined Claremont in 1994 and oversees all national construction initiatives including new construction, renovations, tenant improvement work, and historic rehabilitation/development. With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael’s vision has earned Claremont numerous awards including Apartment of the Year by Architectural Record.

Kristin joined Claremont in 2007 as a Property Accountant having the responsibility of accounting services for all the residential apartment sites. In 2009 she was promoted to Assistant Controller where her role transitioned into accounting for the management company entities. As Claremont’s hotel portfolio grew, the hotel financial reporting became her main focus. In her current role as Hotel Controller, she oversees the financial reporting for the hotel portfolio as well as maintaining the accounting software M3.

Kristin graduated from Northeastern University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

David Oresman

David Oresman is the Tax Manager at Claremont Co. and advises the company in tax compliance, tax planning and strategies and family tax matters. Prior to joining Claremont in August 2022, David worked in public accounting for several years advising middle market privately-held business entities and their owners on complex federal, state and local tax issues. With expertise in pass-through entities, such as partnerships, S Corporations, and LLCs, David brings knowledge in real estate acquisitions and tax consequences of transactions. David has also assisted the company through various 1031 transactions and opportunity zone funding.

David is a graduate of The Martin J. Whitman School of Business at Syracuse University and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and professional accounting. David is a member of the Mass Society of CPAs and an active candidate for his CPA license.

Elizabeth joined Claremont Companies in 2010 as a property accountant. In 2011 she moved into an accounting position with the Family Office. In her current role Elizabeth oversees day-to-day aspects of cash management including assessing periodic liquidity needs, determining funding sources for both real estate and non-real estate investments and the timely accounting and reporting of these transactions. Her other responsibilities include preparation of ad-hoc reports and oversight of the accounting staff.

Elizabeth has five years of previous accounting experience in the public sector where she was a Certified Public Accountant for KPMG before taking time off to raise her three children. Elizabeth has a B.S in Business Management with a concentration in accounting from Westfield State College.

Sharon Tingdahl joined Claremont in 2006. Sharon came to Claremont with over 15 years law firm experience. Sharon’s role at Claremont consists of risk management reporting; maintenance of insurance policies and claims and is the liaison between the Claremont team, insurance companies and attorneys. She also actively maintains and manages corporate records including entity filings, real estate transactions and changes to organizational structures. Sharon assists in the day-to-day functions of the Family Office.
